Les présentes conditions régissent la réservation effectuée via le système de réservation en ligne auprès de l’établissement HOTEL TEST - Web Reservations.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation with its booking code. Information provided by the guest must be complete and truthful. The property reserves the right to cancel reservations with clearly incorrect or incomplete data.
Rates are in Euro and refer to the indicated stay. Payment conditions (full amount, card guarantee, or payment at the property) depend on the selected rate and are shown at the time of booking. Any local city taxes, where applicable, are due at the property unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate. For flexible rates, cancellation is free until 3 days before arrival; after that, or in case of no-show, a penalty may be charged. Non-refundable rates are not entitled to any refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
Check-in and check-out times are set by the property. A valid ID may be required for each guest on arrival, in accordance with applicable regulations.
For rates that require it, card details are collected as a guarantee through a secure gateway, with no immediate charge. Any charge occurs only in the cases provided (no-show or late cancellation) and within the stated limits.
webreservations.it solely provides the booking technology service. The accommodation contract is concluded directly between the guest and the property, which is solely responsible for the services provided.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For further details, please refer to the property's privacy policy.
These conditions are governed by Italian law. The court of the place where the property is located shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
